Bank employees don’t need anyone to guide them through the form or have to take days to file an incident, now its intuitive and easy to understand and find the information they need.On average 10,000+ Incidents are filed in a year from a pool of 45,000 employees spread accross the globe.

INSIGHTS
Most of the users stated that they were struggling to find the information they need for their incident filing and they spent a lot of time just reading through a lot of text for most of the fields. We also  discovered that many suspicious activity just got dropped from draft status to avoid going through this cumbersome process due to poorly designed application.

SOLUTION
1. Re-designed the application with progressive disclosure pattern.
2. We displayed only information required at each field level and nothing more than that.
3. Included a dynamic visual progress tracker showing the users where they are in the journey of completing the form based on the Activity type they would select.  
4. Clear Labelling, Intuitive interaction design and reduced cognitive load.

Buying shoes online presents several challenges that customers may encounter. Here are some common challenges:
Sizes: there are n number of references to the shoe sizes like UK size, USA size, EU size and so on.
Keeping todays world in mind people often visit different country makes it crucial to have a reference to the size s/he usage. Moreover, there is slight difference in the sizes as per different brands are concerned.
To mitigate this issue, I came up with a worldwide singular shoe size approach, where the app facilitator will ask product listers to come-up with a size which is same across the countries along with the brand respective sizes to refer.
I touched another pain-points which many App/ services have missed, A leg orientation.
Pronation and supination orientation should be identified before we decide to buy a shoe, which gives a comfort feeling while walking/ running.
But, due to time constrains I have missed few key features to highlight in this case study which adds to the best customer experience such as the fastest delivery, smooth and easy return/ exchange process, the material description, etc
