As a UX professional with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, I bring proven success in enhancing productivity and gaining an advantage when it comes to creating and managing a thorough design system for the brands spanning IT, Insurance and majorly the banking domain.
With a design thinking mindset, I bring innovation and user-centric approach to the table and my experience with the dev team and other stakeholders allows me to monitor the delivery with efficiency, ensuring the pixel perfect outcome.
Being UX research an integral part of design processes, I take my users feedback at all the stages of design and follow agile methodology to refine and improvise the design solution.
In my 10+ years of experience as a UX/ UI Designer, I have worked with Vanguard, HSBC And BNY Mellon in an agile environment, using design thinking methodology. I have supported our customers, stakeholders, project owners, and other cross-functional teams, including BAs, Dev team, API team, Solution Architects, and UX Copy Writers. I have had the opportunity to utilize collaborative tools such as Slack, Teams, Zoom, Jira, Confluence and Mural while collaborating and presenting design solutions across multiple disciplines. I deal design problems with an eye for detailing, which is future proof, accessible, feasible, and with lesser to no errors.
As a seasoned UX/ UI designer, I have honed my proficiency in all design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, InVision,Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq & Zeplin etc.
I have contributed to various design system efforts in my past experience in Vanguard, HSBC and BNY Mellon using Sketch App & Figma to launch the component library.
